Email communication is handled through Outlook.com, a service provided by Microsoft. Microsoft may process personal data outside the EEA, including in the United States.
Microsoft relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, additional safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or any resulting business relationship. It is deleted when no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims justify longer storage.
